i have been getting tension headaches off an on for three weeks straight, and completely on for several days straight. i have never been prone to headaches, so this is a new and horrible thing for me. my dr suggested physical therapy, so i can learn stretches and exercises that will help. but i am going out of town for a week so i can't start that until the second week of september, and in the meantime i'm miserable. googling is not helping me find anything. can anybody tell me if stretches/exercises have helped you, and if so, what?
